FTC Endorsement Disclosure

Influencers running paid partnerships sourced through Orenyx are responsible for following FTC endorsement guidelines, including clearly disclosing sponsored content (e.g., #ad or #sponsored) on every platform where a deliverable is posted.

Clear Disclosure — Sponsorship must be disclosed in a way viewers can’t miss — not buried in a caption or hashtag list.

Platform-Specific Rules — Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms may have their own built-in disclosure tools in addition to FTC requirements.

Business Responsibility — Businesses should confirm deliverables include proper disclosure before marking a deal complete.

Anti-Cheat & Fraud Prevention

Every deal passes through a Fraud Window before contact is unlocked, screening for suspicious behavior, fake accounts, and spam.

Server-Side Contact Unlock — Contact details are only released after both sides accept a deal — no manual sharing, no screenshots.

Monitored Activity — Unusual account behavior is flagged and reviewed before it can affect a live deal.

Certification Integrity

Certification is designed to confirm a working understanding of the platform before a badge is issued.

Randomized Exams — 10 questions drawn from a 20-question pool, 7/10 required to pass.

Retake Controls — 24-hour cooldown between attempts, unlimited attempts, new random set each time.

Audit Trail — Every certification attempt is logged in the user’s certification history.

Ad Box Fee Transparency

Ad box tiers and rotation frequency are fixed and disclosed up front.

Local (1×) — Standard rotation.

Featured (2×) — Increased rotation.

Premium (3×) — Highest rotation and placement priority.

Rotation is server-side round-robin with impression tracking, so every advertiser in a tier receives a fair, trackable share of placements.

Data & Account Compliance

Account and profile data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Businesses and influencers are each responsible for the accuracy of the information on their profile and for promptly correcting it when circumstances change (e.g., a business relocates, or an influencer’s niche or platform changes).

Reporting a Concern

Suspected fraud, fake accounts, undisclosed sponsorships, or other platform misuse can be reported directly to the Orenyx team at legal@orenyx.com.
